The Customer Service team provides valuable support to MSU faculty, staff and administrators when media equipment and technical assistance is needed for regularly scheduled classes, computer lab classes, commencement, training sessions or special events.
Our CSR’s receive, interpret and process thousands of requests for service each year that are fulfilled by the Classroom Services and/or Technical Services. Invoicing for charged services is also coordinated and processed by the CSR’s.
In order to better serve you, it is requested that orders for classroom services be placed at least 24 working hours in advance of the class or event. Complex or extensive orders should be made in writing and sent through campus mail or faxed to us. Orders for the entire semester are encouraged.
"Free Service" applies only to regularly scheduled MSU credit courses taught on campus. All other services are available on a fee basis only.
